1. Contractual Framework
By commissioning services, accessing our collaborative scheduling widgets, or downloading tender documentations from BAL Engineering Ltd ("BAL"), you agree to the binding regulatory rules described here. These terms frame all pre-contract quantitative audits and design-assist contracts.
2. Estimating & Material Valuation
All quantities provided in pre-contract quotes are calculated based on geotechnical drafts supplied by client representatives. Actual site conditions, soils shifting, and water seepage barriers may alter required aggregates. Pricing estimates remain valid for 45 calendar days.
3. On-Site Operations & Safety
Our site safety standards are extreme. BAL reserves the absolute right to freeze excavator operations, site grading, or aggregate laying if non-authorized personnel breach safety zones. We are not liable for delayed timelines arising from non-compliance.
4. Digital Portal Use
Internal dashboards and client photo trackers are secure intellectual properties of BAL Engineering Ltd. Any scraping of quantity surveying code or site telemetry data is strictly forbidden.
