Managing Director/CEO
Engr. Bashiru Atunde Lawal is the Managing Director and CEO of BAL Engineering Ltd. He founded the company in 1990 and has grown it into a strong force in the construction industry. He is known for promoting indigenous engineers and setting high standards of excellence. Under his leadership, the company has expanded into multiple business units with many employees. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and registered with COREN.
Teslim Adeola Lawal
Director Administration
Teslim has over 6 years of experience in strategic management, organizational development, and construction project management. He began his career in London as a trainee project manager and joined BAL Engineering Ltd in 2008. He combines strategy, execution, and clear communication in his leadership. He holds a degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Project Management.
Ahmed Adeyinka Lawal

Ahmed Adeyinka Lawal is passionate about engineering and has contributed to the company in various roles as an IT student and intern. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Igbinedion University, Okada.

Sherifat Adebayo has over 10 years of experience in finance within the construction industry. She has worked as an accountant and helped improve financial efficiency at BAL. Her strengths include cost management, savings, and handling large-scale financial operations across multiple projects.
