Engr. Bashiru Atunde Lawal is the Managing Director and CEO of BAL Engineering Ltd, founded the company in 1990. Through his drive, vision and tenacity, he has developed the company into a major professional force in the construction industry. His commitment to redefining the role of underutilized indigious Engineers has always set him apart. By setting expectations for excellence and assembling some of the most talented people in the country, Engr. Bashiru Atunde Lawal and BAL create an extraordinary construction experience above all others. With a half dozen business units and hundreds of employees, Engr. Bashiru Atunde Lawal is known in his organization as a dedicated leader – one who moves, touches and inspires others – in all his interactions. Today, BAL stands out among the indiginious construction companies that operates in Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and also registered with the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

As Director Technical , Engr. Nike Arokoyo brings over 15 years of valuable experience to BAL . Starting in the field as a Graduate Engineer, she quickly moved up the ranks to Project Manager and now Director Technical. She has overseen many high-profile projects. Her unsurpassable knowledge of the construction industry and long list of satisfied clients has established BAL Engineering Ltd as a premier Civil Engineering Construction and Consultancy company. She Provides overall leadership for on-site field administration, supervision, and technical management for all construction and design operations. Her ability to organize our field operations is invaluable. She is a amember of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and also a member of Nigerian Institute of Civil Engineers (NICE), she is also registered with Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
Teslim Adeola Lawal
Director Administration
Teslim possesses over 6 years of expertise in the areas of strategic management, organizational development and Construction Project Management. He started his professional career with RG Group in London as a Trainee project manager, joined BAL Engineering Ltd in 2008. Teslim’s dynamic leadership style consists of an optimal mix of macro business strategy, management & organizational theory, operational execution, transparent intents, proactive communication, and measurable outcomes. Teslim’s formal education includes degree in Computer Science and Msc in Project managment.
Ahmed Adeyinka Lawal
Director
Ahmed Adeyinka Lawal is a young individual who is very passionate about the engineering profession, he has played vital roles in various capacity in the company both as an I.T student and as an intern. He is a graduate of Civil Engineering from Igbenedion University in Okada, Edo State.

Sherifat Adebayo has proven excellence and success within several financial positions during her career, the majority of her time spent as an Accountant. With over 10 years dedicated specifically to the construction industry, Sherifat has worked to create best practices and maximize financial efficiencies with BAL. The knowledge and strengths Sherifat brings to BAL provides opportunities for ongoing improvement in cost effectiveness, savings and revenue opportunities, and a sharp ability to manage multimillion-naira accounting finance, and revenue operations across multiple projects handled by the company.
